This is pretty good. Although, I think some of the lighting is off; it's best to decide where the light sources are before shading things in. Also, I think the legs are a bit too short...they should be about the same length as the torso, maybe a bit longer. And yes, the hand in the front looks a bit weird. But, that's a really hard thing to pull off, and you did a pretty good job. :]
