well I don't think the arms are too short according to her body size. And I don't think the legs are odd either, since she hasn't such a large body, I think the legs and arms are just good. I only agree with the shoulder thing xD...her shoulders are a bit to far away from her neck.

- The background and head look good but I have problems with the way the hair moves from her head. Her shoulders are not the same size, her arms look to short and her legs are... odd. I wasn't trying to be mean. I am trying to point out things that need some work. Good luck!
