Jester is the son of Harley Quinn and Joker obviously, and was made up by Sajira at deviantart. Jester is not a real character, he is a character made by someone for a comic. - Ok, being a HUGE Batman fan. I could very easily see this character in the younger versions of Batman or even in the Batman Beyond series.
