It's a really basic looking Sephiroth, although I
give you points for the feathers. What's wrong
with it . . . It's too simple? That's a major
problem with this IMO. It looks like adrawing
done for an anime with a really low budget. Not
very clean and it didn't look like you bothered to
fix the proportions much.
There's nothing that
truly stands out. Even the feathers floating
