"Umm, Reg? What exactly did you record on the video camera?"
Alice asked, scowling at the ignorant Hatter.
"I'm not telling you! You would never forgive me."
Reginald responded, leaning on the table, in which the tablecloth was sodden in tea.
"Besides, I think satan himself would running pissing in terror from that viper temper of yours." He continued, hiding the video camera from Alice's sight.
"Is that right? Then why are you still standing here?" She retorted, sneering.
"Nice try, Cricket, but you have no power over me-"
He was stopped midsentence to see Alice holding a tea pot over his beloved, oversized hat, threatening to pour the drink into it.
"What was that about having no power over you? Hmm?"
She asked, her eyebrows raising in question.
"NO!!! DON'T! PLEASE! NO NO NO NO NO! IT WILL SHRINK!"
Reginald screamed, pulling his hair down as if to cover his face.
"Why would you care if it shrunk? It's far to large...why, it's the largest i've ever seen!" She said, observing the hat.
"Why, are you trying to compensate for something? Do tell." She continued, giggling.
Reginald stood there, pointing at Alice and staring.
She closed her eyes, hiding the hat behind her back, walked forward and put it on his head, put one hand under his chin and the other on his cheek, and then walked away, picking up the video camera on her way out the iron gate.
Reginald stood in that position for the next two hours, thinking about the whitty blonde, realizing one thing: Oh My God, I'm In Love With Her.
