Why I feel so oppressed,
Repressed.
No way to end
The mortal’s quest.
To find answers
Long ago
Lost and forgotten.
The ways of old faded
Jaded we have become,
To ne’er look further
Than the surface.
Superficial, fake
Exterior called the Mask.
Divides us all ‘til death
Doth equalize all.
No man greater
Nor lower for it.
Crack the fake
You succeed again,
Low are you to
Take that which
You cannot own.
Save yourself
‘Til your last,
Ne’er shall you
Be that which has
Immortality.
