“Master, you told me that this would be a good warrior, and all I see is a worthless pile of Sorrow,” the boy said. That made me completely fierce. Worthless! How dare he?! I hate it when people judge me just by my looks! Maybe I could kick him down that hole in the wall they just made…
“Now now, Andrew, she may look like what you think, but I think she’ll be very useful. Anything that is useful and mistaken as—,”
“Mistaken as worthless would lose its usefulness yeah, yeah, yeah. You told me this over a thousand times, Master! But I really think that she just isn’t that useful!”
The Master turned to Andrew. “Hm, how would you know? Have you two met before? I think not. Don’t judge—,”
“Don’t judge people just by their looks, I get it! Master! Just listen to me! She won’t be good!—,”
“She won’t be good, yes, unless we train her.”
Andrew’s mouth dropped open and stared at his master. I just sat there, looking confused and looking at the two men. The older man looked at me once more, and then turned to look outside of the iron bars. Outside were guards, trying to look in the chamber. They wouldn’t’ve seen anything except the glistening parts of the armor the two men wore. There were only lights outside of the chambers, so each of the guards had to squint their eyes to see, until one of them shouted “Intruders!”
