well here's the answer. sitting there, alone, for a whil waiting for it to start. second row ,right in the middle, the seats on either side of me empty. I talked to this chick named Carry before. she was okay. i think. but now i was pretty much alone. i knew no one, wasn't able to warm up, and was completely dredding my preformance. seriously, i must have been the only person that knew no one. 5 minutes til show time.ugh. I sat there, looking around. slightly misrable. not really wanting to be there, and then i randomly get hit in the arm. [wtf?] i turned around in my seat and found this dude moved beside me. [cool.] "sorry, didn't mena to hit you." [laughs.] andyway, long story short his name was Thomas. [tom] and he's cool.
he's like amazing at piano, i frickin' swear. he's crazy. heplayed this one song [something with monkey in the title] and it was so cool. He has thursday lessons and yeah.
So i was in the 3rd to last group [last person in my group. 8 groups, 5 in each. you do the math.] and right after this girl who was like amazing at piano [not as good as tom.] but pretty good. playing that oh so sexual song: a whole new world. To top it all off she was ssoo pretty, and right before me.
They called my name, and i walked up to the stage, then on. John adjusted my stand for me, and i took my place with my music on it, and i froze. i almost fell off stage i was so weak seaming. it was horrable! I was swaying so much, and shaking. i kept missing notes. the first ofne was wwaaayyy off. i was terrable, i forgot to breath the whole way thriough, and because of such was rushing and it was just so bleh.
then i almost fell off on my way down.
ugh.
and for some reason i really wanna kill this chick named dianne. i mean really, the WHOLE time she was shamelessly [but pathetically] trying to flirt with Tom. it was ssooo annoying. i swear. "oh tom, you were ssoooooooooo good. like wow. i wish i could play like you. you're sooooooo talented." [shoots.] then she played a duet with him to close the show.
