Thing things and reasons of why I do those things to myself.

1) I dehydrate myself. Probably because my mom says to drink and thats the closest I'll ever get to rebelling.
2) I deprivate myself of sleep.
3) Sometime I just forget to eat. I've lost alot of weight and thats not good x.x
4) Physical therapy.
5) Torture myself mentally, thinking to much.
6) A hit my head on the wall, and several other things.
7) I pull my dry lips apart.
cool I ware myself down, crash repeat.
9) I close most of my personal life off.
10) I blame myself.
