okay we moved in to an apartment on an emergency basis. long story don't feel like discussing it. The neighborhood was quiet etc. for a while. When I meet the people under me I got the impression that the wife was special needs. which is the nicest way I can think of to say retarded. She looked to me to have downs syndrome. she seemed nice. seemed however would be the operative word. If she felt you crossed her she would get nasty.
I should have seen it coming when she would come to my door and ask that I keep the noise down and despite the fact that I don't make noise if i can help it. I responded as politely as I could to resolve the issue. She eventually went home.
there was a time where she wanted me to call cps on a family because she didn't think the eldest daughter was old enough to watch a baby for 10 minutes. the girl was 9. I think that was old enough, she seemed like a responsible kid. its the parents call. she also called them on a single mom in our building. so I knew it was only a matter of time.
Time to time she'd fight with other neighbors, the police would be called and problems would arise. she and her husband were off and on friends with an elderly lady named Dot. after a while I learned that they had given her trouble. Dot died, they wanted her apartment. when my new friend moved in they targeted her.
First it was ringing the doorbell after 12 midnight. then it was calling the police after 12 and saying that the new elderly neighbor was having a medical emergency. this happened many many times during the summer and on more then one occasion this poor woman who also has a mental illness controlled by medication was interrogated about the state of her health and weither or not she took drugs at 3 ******** am. with a bout of insomnia this poor woman had until then been using sleep aides. Properly I might add. she had been so traumatized by the emts aggressively questioning her that she stopped taking sleep aides so they wouldn't yell at her about taking to long to get to the door again. needless to say this poor woman had many more sleepless nights.
my friend practices turning the other cheek. unfortunitly she had no more cheeks left and finally took this to court. well the psycho (I call her gimp) lied like she always does and got the case thrown out. I later learned from another cop that she had been found incompetent to stand trail so they don't even bother prosecuting her. this of course gives her free license to harass her neighbors. I want a get out of jail free card. why can't I have one?
during this time she started targeting us. we got an apartment she wanted that section 8 wouldn't pay for. so that night she started sicing the cops on us for imaginary noise. she let her dog take a dump in front of our door (normally they just use the front yard so our kids can't play in the enclosed grass yard away from traffic.) stole our sword while we were moving and sold it to another neighbor for 20 bucks. of course they lied and our landlord believed them despite the back up we got from our friend in maintenance.
then she stole my daughter's car and lied about it saying she got it from a friend. then after telling me how to raise my kid she went and called the cops telling them to check on my daughter's health because she was "infested with fleas".
this also occurred the day after I talked to a cop about a gun shot I heard the night before. this leads me to conclude that if I talk to a cop she'll file a false complaint.

after a few weeks she'll try to talk to me like we are friends. like she never did any thing horrible to us. the last straw came in october. She came up to complain about the imaginary noise and then when she didn't get the answer she wanted she called the police and said my home was dirty.
this leads me to believe that she has broken into my home. because she is not allowed in my home. she couldn't know. unfortunately for me it wasn't clean.
the cops called child welfare.
case was unfounded and closed in case you were curious. but the fact remains they did it. they attempted to break up our family all because she can't let things go. I am not convinced that she has the mind of a child, I am however convinced that she has no ******** soul. she knows right from wrong, she just chooses wrong. she is an evil lying troll.
last night and nights before they would punish us for our imaginary noise by blasting their music to the point where we can feel it. this time we called the cops and got them here. this happened at 10 something at night. the cops showed less 15 minutes later. I knew we would pay.
7:48 am we (our daughter included) was jolted out of a sound sleep by knocking. I checked. it was her. She was angry that we had the audacity to sic the cops on them. I might point out that they were screaming and yelling at each other at 2 am. I didn't bother calling the cops because it wasn't that loud and I didn't have reason to believe there was domestic violence, just stupidity. but I was the bad guy because I was up all hours of the night. last I heard there isn't a state instituted bed time. we also aren't great noisemakers. once in a great while it happens and its usually out of our control.
no body will do anything. this woman today threatened me not to call the cops ever again. I called the cops this morning. they couldn't do anything because she wouldn't answer her door. they won't bother arresting her because she is crazy and they know it.
one cop even told me I should have checked before I moved in here. how the ******** am I supposed to do that? first off the landlord was doing me a favor renting to us, but even if I had the ability to choose my home at the time, how am I supposed to check? "oh by the way kind landlords, is there any chance of me living in close proximity to a crazy lady that the cops won't do s**t about?"
yeah they are really going to tell me the truth, that'll cost them a tenant. people move out of this building fast for a reason.
meanwhile I just know that she will file a false report that will get us in so much trouble. before you ask we are looking to move. the landlord was supposed to show us other apartments around the city. he hasn't yet. he's excused him self out of appointments to do just that so I don't think he will, I think we are on our own.
I'm going to hire a lawyer. I foresee legal troubles. she is a ******** bully. I kind see how it must be living in topeka Kansas with the inbred phelps clan running about. I wonder if I can sue her. I won't get any money so I'll settle for something other agreement. like having her fired out of a canon over the Merrimack river. I mean thats some we can all enjoy. well not her but who cares about her?

we are ******** moving in approximately nine days. this place has 3 bedrooms which means our daughter finally has her own bedroom. which is good because stoner and the gimp used her sleeping in our bed against us. the b***h called child welfare about it.. last I checked how I raise my kid is my business.
