today after school, i went to the field behind campus with 2 of my guy friends. there, they attempted to teach me kendo (japanese sword fighting but with wooden swords instead of metal). problem is, in kendo, you have to be able to point your feet forward and since my feet naturally point out, they kept yelling at me and correcting me. crying once they finally gave up on me keeping my feet straight, they went on to teach me how to correctly swing the sword. i got that down packed pretty quickly. then they went on to teach me how to block their attacks and one of them squished my pinky between the 2 swords and the other rapped my knuckles with the sword a good few times. it hurt really bad crying and they still hurt. but all in all, i had fun.
i know this was short, but oh well, get over it
