Breath in, and repeat these words "in with the good chi," and as you exhail "Out with the bad chi."
It works kind of...but if after your repeat these words a few times...and your still angry/sad/jelouse/unhappy/pissed off/whatever...you may wish to kick some thing....really REALLY hard.... I encourage this...just do not kick the wall for it hurts quite a bit.
Now...if a certain person is piising you off...i can only say this...
