My friend got me to start staring.
Those blue eyes ever mesmerizing.
That smile you make when I call your name.
Brings a burning sensation in my soul.
The terrifying thought of you not loving me.
The calming memory of me in your arms.
You may not know.
But you still inspire me.

That time in the dark.
With my head on your shoulder.
Your head soon on mine.
I loved it.

I love your daring ways.
The fact that I don't know it all.
How you're so kind and yet,
You still stand up for the right things.

I honestly don't know how you came to decide.
All I know is that my feelings are true.
My fingers tremble as I write this.
'Cause all I'm thinking of is you.
