Chapter 2
“Hey Suji can I please go to back to Tokyo to see my Yui?” Haru asked practically on his knees begging his manager.
“No you can’t go because if you do then how will these songs get done you have asked me that so much it should be clear. You also cannot cause if you do then what may happen next shed might want to stay then there would be many paparazzi after your story and they would not leave her alone. I bet she knows the most about you and they would keep asking her about you and you don’t want that do you?”
Suji said answering him with an angry voice and kind of seemed that he was concerned for Yui but Haru knew that he was not all for Haru being in love. That is what made his songs the bestest and made all the girls fall in love with him.
“Come on Suji I really need to see her. I never said good-bye and I know something’s wrong. I never wrote her a letter and never sent her things on her Birthdays. I really love her and I let her get hurt I know that she has been hurt. She needs me I’m the only one that can comfort her right now please let me go or I’ll quit and you’ll never see me again. . I will be with my Yui and I will marry her and live the rest of my life with her. I told her I would do that to but first I need to do what my parents wanted of me. They loved my singing they said my voice was angelic and every once in a while I would sing for Yui and she would fall asleep on me. I would hold her in my arms and I knew that it made her vary happy and leaving with out saying good-bye, then what Tetsuya told me. I know that something has happened to her so please can I go she needs me. So can I please go I really need to if I don’t then who knows what will happen.”
Haru bagged even more and was being a little to buggy about but he really needs to go and see her because if he didn’t he would probably fail to come through with a good song for her.
“NO, Haru you are not going not till I get a really good song that will win the hearts of the girls again. I will not allow you to leave this spot until that song is finished and I bet you that your Yui has all your albums and doesn’t know that you the one she truly loves is the one that she loves. Now Haru finish that song and then you can go see her,”
Suji said with a bold and somewhat scary almost terrifying voice.
“Ok I will”
So he went off to his room and closed the blockade to the back room of the Motor home that he travels in. He started to right his song and all he could think about is Yui, like how her hair would flow in the wind and how it smelled so sweet like strawberries and raspberries. She was the only one he has ever loved and has always loved no matter what if someone tried to take her away from him or him from her he knew that nothing could really ever keep them apart and this gave him the right idea for the song and here’s what he wrote.
The title “Missing you”

There are nights when it’s so cold.
I feel so empty inside I run trying to find what’s missing.
I’m running fast, tears streaming down my face I feel as if people are stabbing me all over.
I fall to the ground soaking wet face covered in tears no one around to see me and say look at that foolish man crying in the street he must have done something stupid.
I feel lost without you.
If you let me be there for you
If you can come to me with your problems
If only you can lay next to me and
Let me hold you in my arms to keep you safe and
Let me keep you warm and tell you over and over again that
I love you so much that I will do any thing to
Keep you away From any harm
I have never been so lost in my life but without you, my life seems useless
I want to die but I know that if I do
That I won’t get to see you beautiful smile and glowing eyes that sparkle in the sun.
I feel something missing.
What is missing wonder?
Then unexpectedly it hits me like meteor to the earth.
I know what I’m missing now,
It’s you and your smile and the way you make me laugh.
I know now that if I ever want to be free from my pain
All I need is you and I’m happy and I can be yours if you let me be the one you hold the one you can love.
If you let me be there for you
If you can come to me with your problems
If only you can lay next to me and
Let me hold you in my arms to keep you safe and
Let me keep you worm and tell you over and over again that
I love you so much that I will do any thing to
Keep you away from any harm.
That’s all I need is you I know now that
All I need now is you to keep me happy and that’s all ill ever need.
Haru grabbed the paper, ran to the front of his trailer, and handed the paper to Suji.
“Here you go I’m done and it’s really good I say I put a lot of thought in to this and it’s about Yui, how much I miss her, how much she means to me, what I want to be to her and most of all how much I love her.”
Haru stared at Suji and the expressions he made on his face while reading the song.
“Hmmm hmm, this is really good I like it and it’s got lots of emotion in it too. If I do say so myself it make her really happy to hear this song sung by you the one who loves her so much,”
Suji looked up at Haru and smiled.
“You may go and see her now that you have finished all the songs for the next album. You get 1 week away from me but that doesn’t include the weekends. So you get two Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays away from me and if you don’t get back on Thursday I will be really mad cause we need to get on the singing part as soon as possible so we can get done sooner and then get them on the air and albums out in stores. Then I’ll give you an entire year off and you can be with Yui all you want but for now it’s only a week, OK”
Suji smiled and nodded his head Haru’s face lit up and he smiled saying
“OH, thank you Suji you won’t regret this you wont I promise ill be back on time. The album will be really big I also know what the single will be and its going to be this song and everyone will love it they will want to buy it.”
Suji got up and got himself a drink then sat back down.
“Haru go now get the stuff you will need and go be for I decide to keep you here for the rest of the time it takes to make the album.”
Suji smiled as Haru bolted to his room and closed the door. Then Haru changed into something less recognizable so he could go out in the streets and not get noticed by the people. He also got himself a bag of clothes and all of what he needed to keep clean and tossed it on his back and ran out the door.
Singing off to Yui’s I go as he walked down the path to the main road. He kept walking till he got to a sidewalk then followed it to the nearest city. He fond a train station and bought a ticket to go to Tokyo and get to Yui’s house right away. He was humming the song that he wrote trying to figure out the melody for it. Then he stopped right in front of a store window looking at the most beautiful dress and there was also a necklace that went with the dress but he was more wanting the necklace and so he went into the store and bought the necklace to give to Yui since he didn’t know what size she wore in dresses. He reaches the train station and gets his ticket. Then gets on the train and gets a good seat on the train. He sits with his bag next to him and the train starts filling up like crazy and get put to maximum capacity and heads towards Tokyo’s one and only Shibuya Station and it gets there an hour later and then he is off once more by foot to Yui’s he goes. He gets to her house as her mom is leaving and asks if Yui is home and her mom says
“Yes, but why do you ask boy”
She looks at Haru trying to figure out who he is.
“Mrs.Matsumaru it’s me, Haru and I’m here for a week to be with Yui. I also to have a break from what I have been doing and I thought I should come see Yui. And my friend Suji keeping from seeing her all these years and its all my parents fault too. I just had to after getting the letter from Tetsuya about what happened to Yui I just had to come I feel so bad now letting my mom and dad take me away to audition for a record company then getting the job and never getting to tell Yui that I loved her…”
“What! You love my daughter!!”
He was cut off by Yui’s mom. Looking at him and then finally noticing that it was really him. Having to give him a hug and told him to.
“Go into the house and go to Yui’s room and tell her that your back and give her the biggest hug and telling her how much you love her she’ll be so happy and maybe she’ll smile again knowing that.”
Haru replied to her with surprise and shock on his face.
“You really want me to do that but there is more she knows doesn’t she how much I do she has my CD’s and all right? You know the songs “The days away from you” and “Butterflies in spring”. I rote those thinking about her, how much she means to me and what I want for her. I really love Yui I have always loved her since the first day we met I have loved her. I never wanted to leave I never wanted this but my mom and dad said this was best and that if I was ever going to take good care of Yui I need lots of money, but I know that I didn’t all I need is my love for her and a good stable job that pays well right?”
She looked at him and nodded then went on with what she was doing. Haru went into the house and went upstairs to Yui’s room. Then knocked on her door and said.
“Yui can I come in please its me Haru?” She was sitting on her bed and heard his voice and then like completely froze and didn’t say a word so Haru just walked in and went to her side and sat down next to her. Then grabbed her and held her in his arm gently and close and not letting go of her for a few minutes laying his head on hers. Then told her
“Yui I’m so sorry, I didn’t want to go but my mom and dad made me. They told me that if I ever wanted to make you happy. I would need to have lots of money and my love for you. but I know that I don’t need that for you cause you’re the best girl I know you don’t want every little thing you see all you want is someone that loves you and good home. I know that most of all you really want me with Yui I love you and I’m so sorry for leaving you but blame my parents.” She looked at him then she grabbed on to him and with that grab, she pushed him down, then looked in his eyes, and saw that it was really Haru. She had missed him so much it made sense that if he told her he loved her and knew that she loved him it was alright for her to kiss him and so she did she gave him a kiss that he wouldn’t forget and then told him.
“Haru I love you, I have missed you and so much has happened I can’t really leave my house because he might take me away from here. Haru when you left every guy in school started to ask me out and I kept turning them down but when he did I didn’t say no I said yes but I should have said no cause I know you wanted to be the one to do what he did but the way he did I know that you love me and he didn’t it was to him just a fun time……….” He cut her off.
“WHAT! Did he do that would cause this Yui, when I leave here next week I’m taking you with me. I don’t want you to be here right now if you’re afraid of this guy, what did he do to you? Are you all right did he hurt you? Because if did I will go and pummel him for you.”
Yui still on top of him looked at him with her eyes welling up with tears.
“Haru you care so much about me. I want you to keep me with you forever and ever. I have missed you so much over the past 4 years so don’t leave with out me this time ok.”
She said looking at him crying but he put his hand to her face, wiped away the tears and said,
“Go to sleep and ill be here when you wake up because I’m really tired from walking most of the way here so go to sleep and sleep next to me.”
They had fallen asleep side-by-side with Yui still holding on to him.
