I downloaded an app on my phone called bodbot which gives me small 15 min exercise routines to do daily
Warm up - Cat / Camel - Reach, Roll and Lift -Split Stance Pec Mobilization with Staff
Main Workout - Door Frame Rows - Plank on needs - Pike Press Wall Assisted
Cool Down - Forarm Stretch - Shoulder Stretch with towel - Standing Hamstring Stretch - Lying Hamstring Stretch - Rear Deltoid Stretch - Across the neck
Pelvic Floor exercises - Breathing in, hold and release (10 sec x 10) - inhale contract, slow heel slides and return (3x each side) - Water balence, side leg drop (x3 each side)
Meals
Breakfast - 2 whole grain toast with almond butter - matcha beverage (unsweetened soy milk and matcha, no sugar this time)
Lunch - Salade with (dried crandberries, almonds, corn, tuna, italien dressing) - Apple slices and blueberries
Snack - No sugar crepe, with almond butter
Supper - broussle sprouts - fish - bun + penut butter
