Daily comment: Trying to get back into the healthy eating habits again, and this time trying a bit harder than last time XD lol
Exercises
Main Workout - 30 min walk
Pelvic Floor exercises - Breathing in, hold and release (10 sec x 10) - inhale contract, slow heel slides and return (3x each side) - Water balence, side leg drop (x5 each side)
Meals
Brunch (I was pretty tired this morning and slept in later than usual with the baby, so missed breakfast and ended up being more of brunch instead) - Carrot Potage - 2 Eggs sandwich (2 slices of toast with Philadelphia cream cheese and butter) - Matcha Beverage (Unsweetened soy milk with matcha, no sugar) - Brussel sprouts
Snack - Nuts - yogurt
Supper - Taco Salade (ground beef, tomatos, corn, cheese and baby spinach leaves) - 2 pieces of dark chocolate (Lindt 90%)
