Daily comment: Hmmm need to be carefull, I'm slipping into my patterns of eating more sweets, need to try to work harder on that, but motivation at the end of the day is harder. I think its because I'm so tired and want a quick pick me up, but I should maybe look for better ways of getting that boost of energy that doesn't require more ice cream XD lol

Main Workout - 30 min Dancing
Pelvic Floor exercises - Breathing in, hold and release (10 sec x 10) - inhale contract, slow heel slides and return (3x each side) - Water balence, side leg drop (x3 each side)
Meals
Breakfast - 1 crepe - 3 eggs - large slice of cheese - (made a wrap out of it and had maple syrup drizzled on top) - matcha latte
Lunch - 7 perogies - tomato salade with balsamic vinegrette + pepper - orange juice with sparkeling water - blueberries - orange
Snack - slice of whole grain toast with penut butter - blueberries
Supper - 2 hot dogs on 1 bun (mustard + ketchup) - large salade (with dried crandberries, almonds and italien vinegrette) - 2 corn on the cop (with butter and pepper) - 2 ice cream sandwhichs - 1/2 of a mini can of cola
