Tip #3 :
If you find yourself putting off a specific task, take a moment and ask yourself why you are putting said task off. There may be an underlying issue you need to address before being able to properly work out a method to complete your goal.
For example:
You find yourself dreading household cleaning. You fear getting carried away and cleaning too much and getting obsessive and wind up spending the entire day cleaning and freaking out over every dust piece and nook and cranny. In cases like this, the issue may not be that you're a procrastinator, or that you are lazy or like living in filth or something. It might be OCD, which won't just leave when you want to work. You have to get it diagnosed and develop a coping skill that lets you get down to work.
