Night came and went, the large gathering found themselves to into swapping stories to really notice. Of course, as most things tend to go, it all started with Goku and how Bulma had found him while looking for the Dragonballs. From there they went on an adventure unlike any other. Goku spoke how they met Master Roshi, Oolong, Yamcha, Puar, than latter Krillin, Tien Shinhan, Chaozu, and Piccolo. As the years dragged on he spoke how he stopped Emperor Pilaf , the Red Ribbon army and many others.
He later told how he ran into Chi-chi some years later at one of the tournaments, he ended up winning, but ended up proposing to her since he didn't know he had done so at an early age. It wasn't until he got older did he learn that he was a Saiyan and of course by now it made more sense as it answered to why he was so strong as a child. The goof ended making friends with just about everyone he had went up against. Even Vegeta had slowly came around, though deep down they would never stop being rivals.
Sara could only smirk, sounded familiar but she kept her mouth shut. He even spoke of the Androids and even Cell, to Majin Buu. He even told them about the tournament and how he got to fight people from many different Universe. He looked so excited about the idea, it was one of the lasting memories he had because he had learned how to use Ultra Instinct which he hoped he would be able to use again at some point. He was still a fighter after all, no matter how old he got he always wanted to better himself.
Sid was more than happy to return the favor as he spoke of his quiet upbringing in Candlekeep until he turned twenty when someone had tried to kill him. From there he was forced unto the road where he had met everyone at his side now. Minus those that had been killed or left the party for one reason or another. The young man just smiled as he spoke as he points to Sara. "Though to be fair, I'm still not sure what's scarier, seeing her mad, or her." He points to Jaheira and the elf just frowns at him. He backs away, happy she didn't have her staff.
"No, you should have seen her, when we learned there was an illegal fighting ring going on at the Copper Coronet. We found Minsc back there of all people, but after we freed them we learned that there was a slave hold under the city holding children, I think she was the first to go in!" Sara felt her cheeks turn red as she curled up in her spot, hiding her face in her knees. "I don't think any of those slavers survived once she rushed in.." Goku just laughs, a huge smile on his face.
Even Jaheira pops in and nods. "You should have seen it, she even carried them to safety, refusing to let them go alone.." Sara folds her ears down, letting out a soft groan. "Guys...." Sid just chuckles softly, it was no secret in her group the woman had a soft spot for children, let alone children that were alone. Even Anomen had to admire her bravado when it came to helping those that needed it. Trunks just smiles, she looked rather cute all embarrassed. Sarevok had nothing to say since he didn't really came back into the picture until after they had killed Irenicus. It was the same with Imoen, since she had been taken to Spellhold.
Sara looks up as her tail moves slowly. "You know, there's still a part of me that wonders what would have happened if we took the boat rather than go through the portal and go into the Underdark..." Sid gives it some thought as he lets out a deep sigh. "Knowing Saemon..we would have ended up there in the long run..." Imoen tilts her head a bit. "You really think so?" "Well yeah, I get the feeling we would have to go that way just to catch up with Irenicus anyways." Sid answers as he sits back. The rest of the group shivered a bit from the memory.
