No matter. The only thing they'll be bringing back is the remains of the Nemesis. That is, if they're any left when I get done with him. And, if those Umbrella @$#% do get in my way, I won't hesitate to kill them. I know there's more of them somewhere, but they're my least of concerns right now. It they're still alive by the time I'm done with Nemesis, I'll deal with them. I come across another one of them in an alley way that leads to the streets. He shoots at some zombies. I want to go this way, which means he's in my way. His back is turned to me. I noticed something I didn't notice on the last guy, because he ran by me so fast. The words, "Rescue Squad." I laugh and shake my head. Umbrella is a pice of work. I come out of chameleon mode and teleport in front of the guy. He gets so startled that he falls backwards. The zombies stop in their tracks when they see me.

Queen Virus:"He's with me. Anyone got a problem with that?"

The zombies walk away.

Queen Virus:"Didn't think so."

I help the guy up.

Queen Virus:"I suggest you get out of here while you still can."

I start to leave.

Rescue Squad Guy:"Wait! You're Queen Virus. Aren't you?"

Queen Virus:"Who wants to know?"

Rescue Squad Guy:"I'm James. I was sent here by Umbrella to rescue any survivors."

Queen Virus:"Yeah. You do realize you and your squad are as good as dead, unless you find a way out of this city."

James:"Why? Umbrella wouldn't just leave us here."

I laugh.

Queen Virus:"The only reason they sent you guys was to cover their asses. That way, if anyone ask, Umbrella can say they sent a rescue squad, but they never made it."

James:"!#$%*^! I had a bad feeling about this mission form the start!"

Queen Virus:"Your problem. Not mine."

James:"Than why did you help me?"

Queen Virus:"Out of pity I guess. Pretty pointless though. You won't make it out of here alive. If the Nemesis doesn't get you, than...."

James:"Wait! What?!"

Queen Virus:"You've heard of me, but not of the Nemesis project? Pathetic. Well, I don't feel like getting into detail, but, while you're not one of his primary targets, you'll be a threat to him and he won't hesitate to kill you."

James:"Swell."

Queen Virus:"Now that you have wasted my time, I'm leaving."

James:"Wait!"

Queen Virus:"Now what?! If you think I'm going to help you anymore than I already did, you're sadly mistaken. While Umbrella has betrayed you, you still work for them and there are only three people that work for Umbrella that I trust and, as far as I know, they're all dead."

James:"After all you told me, I no longer work for them."

Queen Virus:"Still."

James:"Please! I can't get out of there on my own! I need you're help!"

Queen Virus:"Oh well."

James:"What do I have to do to get you to trust me?"

He takes off his vest and throws it into a near by fire.

James:"If I was as loyal to Umbrella as you think I am, would I have done that?"

Queen Virus:"Now you have less of a chance of surving. You just lost your bullet prove vest."

James:"I don't care! I'm trying to prove a point!"

Queen Virus:"Look. Even if I did let you tag along, you'd be in more danger than you are now. I'm one of Nemesis's primary targets and, if you're with me, he'd surely kill you. At least by yourself, you could lower your weapons and he'd leave you alone."

I leave. James fallows me. !@#$%ing A!

Queen Virus:"What are you doing?!"

James:"Fallowing you. Weather you like it or not."

This guy has a death wish. Than again, he as good as dead anyways. I guess it doesn't matter at this point.

Queen Virus:"Ok. It's your funeral."

James smiles.

James:"I knew you'd see it my way."

If he keeps that up, his death wish will soon be granted. I still don't trust him, but I can easily take him, if he acts up. Plus, I can tell by the look in his eyes and his determination to fallow me that he has a thing for me. If James even thinks about making a move on me, he'll be missing some very important male parts. I should've let those zombies eat him. Now, I'm stuck with him. I could kill him off, but he's not really doing anything, expect annoying me, but thats no reason to kill him.

James:"So, you hung out with Wesker a lot. Huh?"

Queen Virus:"You ask too many questions."

The picture of me, Wesker, Birkin and Annett falls out of my book bag. James picks it up.

James:"Well, I guess this answers my question. And these two must be the other two people you trust."

I snatch the picture from him, put it back in my book bag and close it tight, so nothing else comes out. He'll never shut up, if he knew I have the anti-virus.

Queen Virus:"You're nosey. Is that why Umbrella hired you?"

He grins.

James:"Maybe."

Queen Virus:"You annoy me."

Jmaes:"Oh you love it. Admit it."

I glare at him.

James:"Hey. I'm just trying to get you to lighten up."

Queen Virus:"Now is not the time. And, if you have any problems with me, you can go your own way."

James:"Geez! Who lit the fuse on your tampon?"

Queen Virus:"You did."

James:"Well, that would explain why you don't like me. And here I thought it was the whole Umbrella thing."

It wasn't what he said, but how he said it that made me laugh.

James:"Wow! I was just trying to get you to smile. The laugh was a bounces."

Queen Virus:"I treat you like @#$% and yet you still fallow me and try to cheer me up. Why? Besides the fact that you have a thing for me."

James blushes.

James:"Because I know you're a nice person and I figured, if I could prove to you that I'm nothing like Umbrella, you'd at least tolerate me."

Queen Virus:"How do you know I'm nice?"

James"Look who's asking all the questions now."

I smile.

James:"You're the only one in Umbrella that actually worked on a cure for the t-virus and wasn't doing it out of greed. You actually wanted to help people."

Queen Virus:"I see you've been doing your home work."

James:"Ever since I saw a picture of you, I've been dieing to meet you. I study everything about you. So, when I met you, I could impress you or creep you out. Whatever came first."

I laugh. I guess he isn't so bad after all. Ok. New plan. Forget about Nemesis. I got get James out of here. It I come across Nemesis on the way, than I'll deal with him. Nemesis will be destroyed with the rest of this city anyway. I just hope Jill gets out ok. Wherever she is. Maybe she got out after all. I hope so. I'm not even going to look on the negative side. I have enough on my mind has it is. So, once I get James out of here, I'll have him go his separate ways. No way was I going to let him fallow me this time. I'd make sure he didn't.

James:"So, do you know how to get out of here?"

Queen Virus:"Only threw the lab, but that has been destroyed."

James:"Beautiful."

Queen Virus:"Don't worry. We'll find a way out."

It would ehlp if I knew this city better. The times me and Wesker did visit here, we just went staright to the police station. The fatc that wrecjage blocked paths that I was familar with didn't help either, but I decied not to tell James. I don't need him panicing. That wouldn't make things any easier. We end up at a dead end.

James:"Are we lost?"

Queen Virus:"What makes you think that?"

James:"Oh. Gee. I don't know. Maybe, because this is the third time we came across this spot?"

Great. Now I have to tell him. Unless....

Queen Virus:"Stand back."

James:"Why?'

Him and his questions.

Queen Virus:"Just do it!"

James:"Rowar!"

He moves out of the way. Finally! I ram threw the wreckage and clear a path.

Queen Virus:"If we can't find a away out, we'll make one."

James:"I know we just met, but I love you."

He runs up to me and hugs me. Normally, I'd feel weird about people I don't know very well, hugging me, but I haven't been hugged in a while and I needed one. James looks at me. Like he's about to kiss me.

Queen Virus:"Uh....well, we'd better get going, before our big friend decides to pay us a visit."

James:"What's wrong? Don't like me in that way?"

Queen Virus:"We don't have time."

I start to walk away.

James:"It's Wesker. Isn't it?"

I stop. I swear he knows too much for is own good, but he's right. That was another reason I wanted Billy to go his own way. I was afraid I'd get too close to him. Even with Leon, I felt weird about having feelings for him. Even though I witnessed Wesker's death, I just don't believe he's dead. Maybe, it was the visions I had or the fact that I only turned away for a few seconds and Wesker's body had disappeared.

Queen Virus:"I see you really have been doing you're home work."

James:"So, did he make it? Last I heard, he didn't."

Queen Virus:"I don't feel like talking about it. Besides, you wouldn't understand."

James:"Thats cool. You're right anyways. We should get out of here, before...."

Nemesis:"Queen Virus!"

Queen Virus:"James! Watch out!"

The Nemesis comes up behind James. I push James out of the way, just has Nemesis extends his tentical. It wraps around me. Everything goes black.
