What I'm getting at is I will need tons of help from my good friends and very charitable Gaians. I don't have the money to spend on cash shop items, and the only way I have of earning gold is by collecting bugs, flowers, and trash from towns and selling them on the marketplace. I also try to sell fish as well as any other items I may get from daily chance or the dumpster dive, as well as grabbing and bumping any glowing aquariums I find. I used to be a regular in the aquariums forum and hope to be again as they have actually made Booty Grab somewhat worthwhile again.
The inflation in the marketplace is killing people like me. People that don't have the hours or money to invest. I'm going to try my hardest to get this dream avatar, I'm just hoping it won't take me years to do so.

I'm currently questing for two Highwire Asphodels. I decided to buy In Silence I Judge and Counterfeit Love seeing as I haven't been able to find Highwire Asphodels listed on the marketplace at all in the past few months. I'm getting so close to finishing this quest I can't believe I've made it this far! =D
Why do I see this avatar as impossible to ever obtain even if it is pretty simplistic? I -just- reached one billion gold for the first time this month. I have never had this much gold on my account at any one time. Ever. In all my eleven years spent on Gaia, I have never thought I would see one billion. I worked my a** off just to get one billion and I'm looking to drop, at least, 100 billion gold... The sad part? This is nothing. This is actually considered "poor" on Gaia these days.
So any of you reading this, please lend me any help you may be able to give me. I know a lot of you are struggling just like I am, and I feel terrible asking for help when you feel the same sorts of anger and frustration as I do. What little you can give will be greatly appreciated. Feel free to link this journal entry to any friends or charities you think may be interested in helping me.
