Biography: Jessica is one of Wesker’s first and most successful experiments. She has no real parents for she was created in the Umbrella labs. Wesker and a few other scientists combined her DNA with Wesker’s DNA, making her DNA very special. Jessica was fed a special honey made for the progenitor flower when she was a baby. Later, when she got older, they injected her with the T-Virus, multiple times. Wesker saw potential in her. He personally trained her. Has she got older and Wesker worked more with her, they both developed a special bond. Normally, not caring or showing emotion towards anyone, Wesker actually started to care for her and, not having any parents, Jessica looked at Wesker has a father figure and would literally do anything for him. Even if it was fatal.

Due to the progenerator virus and t-virus, Jessica has strength and abilities the rest of the solders don’t have. Because of this, she was sent on the more difficult and dangerous missions and usually succeeded. Even the ones that one else came back from. Jessica even went on a few with Hunk, who was given the nickname, Mr. Death, because he was the only one that came back from his missions and came back, unharmed.

Jessica always wanted to do a mission with Wesker and got her chance when they made Wesker captain of S.T.A.R.S. Wesker hire her right off the bat. In away, she was like a second captain. She would even take his place, if we was absence for whatever reason. Nobody suspected anything, because Jessica suffered no side effects and looked like anyone else. Jessica also kept her true strengths and abilities hidden from the other S.T.A.R.S members.

After the Spencer Mansion Incident, both Wesker and Jessica were thought to be dead, but they had survived and both infected with what people call the Wesker Virus, due to the fact that it only seemed to work for people with the Wesker DNA. Jess eyes now look like Wesker’s, only red and her strength and speed and even intelligence increased. They’re new mission, destroy Umbrella and collect any useful information and data for their quest to rid the world of all the weak humans and rule a world of only superior humans.
On their mission to obtain the Veronica Virus, at Rockford Island, While Wesker dealt with Chris and his sister Claire and Alexia Ashford, Jessica dealt with Steve and Alfred Ashford. Realizing that he couldn’t defeat Jessica, Steve fled and Jessica runs into Alfred who, in a desperate attempt to kill or at least control her, injected her with the Veronica Virus. It only made her stronger and Jessica used it to defeat Ashford. He escaped before she could kill him. When they escaped and watched it explode from the a plain they took, Wesker was overjoyed to find out Jessica was infected with the Veronica Virus for he had failed to retrieve a sample his self.

In Europe, there was word going around that a religious group was toying with a parasite called Los Plagas. Jessica wasn’t sure what Wesker wanted with what she felt was a weak parasite, but didn’t question him. She knew he had plains for it and trusted him. She was suppose to be partnered with Kruaser, but refused to team up with anyone that wasn’t Wesker. So, Kruaser went his separate ways and pretended to by on Saddler’s, the leader of the religious group, side by kidnapping the president’s daughter to gain his trust while Jessica remained hidden in the shadows and looked for a sample of the Los Plagas. During her mission, she runs into Leon and his partner, Ada (who later becomes Dark Plagas and Ada turns against him) who she met during her mission at Raccoon City to retrieve a sample of the G-Virus, which she did, successfully. At this point, Jessica has gotten a sample of the Los Plagas, but Leon and Ada end destroying it. Knowing that Leon is infected with the Los Plagas, Jessica leaves, thinking the Los Plagas will take over Leon and he’ll kill Ada. While she comes back to Wesker, empty handed and finds out Kruaser is dead, she is surprised Wesker isn’t as disappointed as Jessica thought he would be.

Jessica finds out Wesker had a plan B. He has been pretending to like this woman named Excela, a head scientist that works for a company called Tri-Cell, who some would say have been the real problem all this time and they have been hiding behind Umbrella, to get what he needs. Excela was able to get them a sample of the Los Plagas. A dead one, but it still worked for what Wesker had planed and both Jessica and Excela worked on the Uroborus with Wesker. Jessica didn’t quit get along with Excela and wasn’t afraid to let her know. The only thing that kept her from actually killing Excela right away was that fact that, after everything was complete, Jessica would get her chance and did by injected Excela with the Uroborus and watched her suffer has Chris and his new partner, Sheva fought her. Wesker would deal with the two of them while Jessica delt with Josh and, later on, Jill who had been under her and Wesker’s control, but somehow managed to remove the device used to control her and broke free of Jessica’s and Wesker’s control. Jill and Josh managed to escape from Jessica and Jessica just shrugged it off, thinking they weren’t worth it and went to where Wesker told her to meet him. She finds out Wesker had already left, but left a plain for her with a tracking device that would allow her to fallow the plain Wesker was on. Jessica find out his plain crashed into the top of a volcano and had infected his self with the Uroborus, but was still killed by Chris and Sheva.

Feeling it was partly her fault, she finds away to go to a different universe has her way of starting over. She finds out Wesker is dead in the universe she ends up in as well. Later on, she finds Alexia and joins her and New Umbrella, since Alexia is the closets thing to Wesker in this universe that’s still alive. Jessica does what she did for the original Umbrella, expect she teams up with no one.

Side Note: Her hair is suppose to be half blonde and half black, but gaia doesn't have any hair styles like that that I could find.
