today i went to watch a movie and by the end before we left i wanted to cry so bad and my head hurt i think its due to paramormal stuff mostl cause is happened just at home twice but today i didnt let it win i told it i am stronge and it can win so tady i finally didnt cry although i felt drained? lost? just like one like it left and it left me so dazed and shaking weird stuff i belive they are out there but i belive i can win
