Many things have happened since the Destruction of The Sky Kingdom; my home world. After the Heartless destroyed my home, I appeared in a village named Traverse Town. I had heard of worlds such as Traverse Town, an "in-between" world designed for those lost in the aftermath of a World's destruction. They welcomed me and offered me a place at the Inn. After settling into my new home, I decided to explore this new world.
As I was wandering around the Third District, I ran into a boy around my age. He introduced himself as Zexion. We hit it off instantly, chatting about what we knew of the Worlds, Darkness, and the Heart. He told me he was what was called a Nobody, someone's body and soul leftover from the Heart to Heartless transformation. He told me everything he knew about them, especially Organization XIII, a group of Nobodies in charge, of which he was apart of. He told me he was searching for the current Keyblade master, Sora, and warn him and his friends of a strange anomaly that was occurring. Many heartless and Nobodies were being Revived for an Unknown reason, what worried him most some of the strongest foes Sora faced are returning, filled with anger and new power. He was going to warn them of the danger before they were destroyed. He asked me if I would like to accompany him and I agreed. I offered that he spend the night at the inn so he could rest, as a thanks to him. I told him very little of my past.
At this time, I was still Whole, and my name was Arreis. We traveled the Worlds until we found the Keyblade master and his friends; Riku and Kairi, along with Sora and Kairi's Nobodies, Roxas and Namine. I doubted that they would fully trust us, for Riku and Zexion had met before, not on the greatest terms.
As we fought alongside them, we gained their trust, and we were joined by Axel and Larxene.
We fought deeper, and discovered the Unversed, and their controller: Master Xeanort and his apprentice, Vanitas. We Revived the three Chasers; Aqua, Terra, and Ventus. The twelve of us have become tightly bonded.
As Riku pointed out, Sora and Kairi were "together" meaning Roxas and Namine were as well. Ven and Aqua were close, and Axel and Larxene seemed to be becoming more than allies. And, as the girls constantly reminded me, Zexion was Head-Over-Heels for me, as I was for him.
Then, everything changed. Starting with my revealing Zexion my secret.
