Well, today my melancholy mood was completey shattered by something I figured out after school. A friend of mine and I have pretty much the same taste in women. For most of our highschool lies, we've like the same girls. It's only our views of relantionships that are different.
Anyway, I'm getting off topic. After school, I went to Anime Club. There I was talking to some friends and found out that a girl that both I and he likes did not come becasue he didn't come. In fact, he didn't even come to school today. Then the truth was revealed. She likes HIM. This friend is almost like a brother to me. We've been through a lot and I know it's not his fault but I just couldn't seem to get around this feeling that I had. I left Anime Club early and started to walk home. I almost cried as things went through my head. Mind you, crying is a very hard thing for me to do.
Eventually, I came to this realization:
I was in love. That's why it hurt so much to hear that. This was only 1 of the 4 girls I've ever really loved. Of course, with my terrible luck and cowardice, I can't muster up the courage to tell any girl that I like them.
This is something I've got to take into my hands and figure out what is really going on. I don't want to end up as the guy who can't get a girl. It's just not me.
