Through the shadows he saw her glare at him with menacing red eyes. He wimpered slightly and backed away quietly as not to be heard. She moved closer as he backed away stepping into the moonlight. Blood glistened from her eyes in the light of the moon and she let out a low growl. Scared, the boy started to run. He knew she was following him, in the shadows-her home. Still he ran until he fell and finally she caught up to him. Consumed by fear he struggled to get up to run again but she grabbed him. Her demonic red eyes still glared at him menacingly. He shivered a little then became brave. Looking straight into her eyes. Dark, horried miserable memories, back stabbing, hurtful lies, that slight lonliness everyone feels at some point of a really depressing part of their lives. All stained in her eyes. As if she made him finally understand, she let go and lowered her head. All he could do is stare at her with sympathy as she retired back into the darkness that consumed her. She never wanted to hurt anyone; she was just misunderstood.
