RELEASED
she was never understood,
no one took the time to try,
her sickness was spreading,
judged and on to die.
she was never spoken to,
her own voice was never heard,
she believed that she was nothing,
but nothing can still hurt.
she never tried to change it,
she believed it was the way,
people passed by her,
she was an empty picture frame.
she had so many stories,
the world will never know,
her heart a flame,
always snuffed with snow... because no one ever wanted to know.
her sickness is spreading,
the angel finally came,
she listened to her eyes,
she listened to her soul,
every single touch,
told the pain that i had known.
she has now passed on,
the angel brought her away,
i thank you angel friends,
for now i have new days.
