Vines Among Pocket Watches Cry Escape From Our Mockings.
There's something about the city that always stays with me. I don't know if it's a calling, a dream, or perhaps a future reality, but something about big cities runs through my mind everyday.
Growing up in a conservative small town full of tourists and Christians makes me want to seek something more, I suppose. There is so much more in cities -- or so it seems.
There's lights. Millions upon millions of different people. Different options. Choices. Decisions. Opportunities. Experiences. Cultures. Foods. Adventures. Fashion. Religions. Ideas.
The identity of a city makes me feel like there's always so much more in this world to live for. There's always something happening. Noise. Motion. Life. Dynamics.
But everyone seems to agree that people want what they don't have. How do I know when it's real? How do I know when it's meant to be?
