Japanese eat all the whales migrate to the seas around Japan.
Since those aren't even enough, Japanese go to Antarctic Whale Sanctuary to hunt them.
Because of the worldwide criticisms, Japanese decreased the number of whales for Antartic Whale Santuary hunting.
They might decrease the number of dolphins, when they learn that the world is becoming aware of their barbaric slaughter of dolphins.
