If anybody read any of my other journal entries(sp?) you would know that I used to be a telemarketer. At first I thought it was interesting because of all the people I talked too. But I did a bit of research (out of boredom).

That that magazine subscription I was selling would come up to just under 1000$ ! I feel incredibly bad that i actually did sell some to people, I feel even worse that they can't cancel it.

I did talk to some genuinely nice people, hell I even got a fellow anime fan. For a few people I purposely let them go, I didn't want to hassle them. Most of them were like single mother with no job and 5 kids. But I was told "It's in everyone's budget.". I do understand it's a business, but I would prefer that I didn't have to lie through my teeth.

For anybody reading this, if you get a call from a telemarketer tell them "Please put me on your do not call list.". it takes somewhere between 24 and 48 hours to process. But that will most likely get the calls to stop.

I thank anyone who even stayed on the line long enough for me to finish my pitch.

p.s. I'm sorry to all the people that I sold this crappy product to.
