Th next morning when i climbed onto the bus and sat down...I saw Jace. He didnt look haggard like yesterday but instead he was stunningly beautiful. Just like Jack. There must be something going on with people i knew with the letter "J" in their name. This was actually getting really wierd. Feeling extra creeped out I looked away from him and gazed out the window, watching signs and houses move by my seat...then i felt something...or someONE sit down on the seat next to me. I glanced over and was startled to see : Jace. It was wierd because a week before this stunning transformation i would have heard him as soon as he got out of his seat. And the fact of him sitting next to me was well, incredibly random. But suprisingly enough i was getting used to these erratic occurences. "Hey." It sounded like Jace was trying to be seductive. "uh...hi" Lame!-i thought to my self. "I, uh, heard you had a few...suspicions about the ski hill." He said, utterly failing at the seductivity. "Yeah...so? Who told u about these...suspicions?" "I met jack up at the ski hill the other day." oh...i should've guessed eh? "dammit jack" i whispered under my breath. suddenly the bus lurched to a halt in front of the band room door of the school. "We'll talk later." Jace sounded rather mean. "What ever." I retorted just as icy. Jace smirked, then wound his way through the croud streaming out of their seats. I speculated HOW he could do this even when the width of the walkway was barely over 2 feet. I clambered off the bus and decided NOT to wait for jack's bus.
