Mai-Yu felt the air rushing around her as she fell. She smiled to herself. It was all apart of the rush. She spread her wings completly and caught herself berfore she hit the ground.Mai-Yu found that the perfect way to wake up was a quick jump out of the window.She felt others flying really close to her head.Mai-Yu hated that.She headed in a northern direction. Towards Alice. Who happened to be sleeping underneath a nearby tree.She landed on a branch just above her head."Hey Alice...wake up!"exclaimed Mai-Yu.Alice opened her eyes with a little click. She was a doll.No, literally a doll.She pushed her short pink hair from her face and said"So early in the morning."and looked up at Mai-Yu."What is it now?"asked Alice, yawning. She stood. Alice had a strange apperance to her. One of her eyes had a line of stiches across it, keeping it shut. The other, was a dull blue, with a ivy-like design around it.Her clothes were patched, one sleeve of her top completly black, the other black with sunflowers."Well?"she asked Mai-Yu."We have to go see someone, after all, it is HER birthday."said Mai-Yu."Oh no. I forgot.Who?"Alice asked. She never remembered anything this early in the morning.
