the towering trees seemed to be staring down on her menacingly as she walked towards them. suddenly she heard a rustling sound in the plant to her left. it was getting closer. she stepped back towards the entrance of the cave hoping to conceal herself between the rocks but before she made it the source of the rustling stepped out of the shadows. it was a leopard. layna noticed something differnt about this cat though she couldnt quite put her finger on it, something was there that shouldnt be. before she could figure it out the animal started towards her.
