Staying awake, thinking of you,
Hoping that you’re awake too

As we lie still, we hope for no morning
But I could fall asleep without warning

I wrap my arms around my sheets
Pretend to kiss your lips so sweet
And when I’m all alone, and I am in the dark
The thoughts of you will soothe my heart
