mom's being a jerk about letting me go to the concert, saying that 'i only remembered that the concert was today because my sister mentioned it.' when i've been telling her over and over that i was terribly excited about the 19th because it was the concert date.
it's because i'm just supposed to be the little sheltered girl that likes ponies and flowers and listens to ******** brittany spears. i'm supposed to act so innocent i could commit mass murder and get away with it. i'm not supposed to like metal, go to concerts and mosh with people who i weigh a quarter of.
i'm not supposed to act like a teenager, according to mom. i either have to never grow up or grow up faster than i'm ready to. i can never please her. i'm legally a teenager for another 4 years, but god forbid i have some fun in the meantime.
