It is the end of July and still it gets chilly at night and often very windy outside. We are applying stucco to the outside of the house. Putting up the styrofoam insulation in the wind is a bit of a hazzard. It keeps wanting to fly away. Adam bought the wrong colour paint, so now we have to figure out what to do with 10 gallons of yellow and 5 gallons of medium brown concrete paint. The house looks like the worse on the block right now but it is coming along.

The sparrows really love my wasteland of a front yard. Adam and I enjoy watching them taking dust baths.

I thought this was the city but I swear I saw a raccoon chasing a skunk. Needless to say, soon after, I smelled a strong odour (kinda like acidic burning tires) and a few minutes later the racoon high tailing it across the street.
