Welcome to Shadow's Ghetto Guild! Where literacy is high and yet... we are too cheap to buy a guild and too lazy to maintain one. Ahem - anyways! This "guild" will actually be a series of journals and journal entries. Anyone can post as often or as little as they'd like - make a single appearance and disappear, or stay and lurk moar! Whatever you'd like, just please be literate. This means no chat speak, as in using numbers in place of letters.
Also please try and not shorten words like saying 'u' instead of 'you' and saying 'idk' in lieu of 'I don't know'. It's a lot easier to read when it's spelled out. We weren't conditioned to read idk as a word.. o_o But your spelling and grammar doesn't have to be perfect. As long as it's easy to read, and it makes sense, then it should be fine. Please keep in mind though that as you're typing, you've got in your mind what you're doing in the roleplay, but everyone else doesn't; they have to go by what you type. So make sure to reread over your rp before posting to make sure you got your ideas across. Sometimes we can forget that no one else knows what exactly we're thinking about when writing so just keep that in mind!
Just a couple of other rules, nothing too stressful - keep foul language to a minimum (we're all big kids, we can handle some cuss words, just don't curse like everytime your mouth opens), no ooc rudeness or flaming, post a ooc warning before going into an obscenely gorey/demented post but other than that keep it at a PG level (no sex - anything heavier than a deep kiss should be taken to PMs!). Don't control someone else's character, and if starting a fight, don't godmod (dodge every attack and have ridiculously strong powers), and yeah. No killing of someone else's character unless they consent to it!
