Hello To all that come accross my first Journal Post, if you read the discription, then you already know what this is about, if you haven't, then let me give a breif recap. I am a Lazy, procratinating, overweight, and forgetfull person and I don't like being that way anymore! So this Journal will track my progress from what I am to what I hope to be, a average weight, better Memory, doing things in a timely manner, and active person.
So, every goal needs a starting point, the biggist one I will be focusing on is my weight problem. I am currently 292 pounds at the height of 5'9"(I think thats the right way around), and as my doctor put it, I am Under Tall for my weight. So starting today, I am begining a exercice thing to help correct that problem. I will try to find a way to post a picture of me currently and as I progress.
Oh, and if anybody has anybody has any suggestions having to do with deit plans or exercise Ideas or anything that will help in any of the things I talked about, please feel free to share as either a comment or a PM. Thank You, and Wish me luck. smile
