Japanese Snacks: Ichigo Mochi |

Hey guys, so this is gonna be a new series of blogging that I'm gonna do. I'll be blogging about all kinds of different Japanese snacks from Japan. so I hope you enjoy. smile First up, I'll be reviewing this tasty strawberry Japanese sweet.
 I first discovered this at an asian mart near my house. I was looking for something that was strawberry flavored so I picked up this sweet treat called Ichigo Mochi or in Japanese, いちご餅. The package contains 8 pieces of strawberry powdery mochi. The package cost me about $3 USD, so it wasn't too expensive.
This Ichigo Mochi is mosty made from maltose, sugar, rice powder, malt syrup, vegetable oil, and starch. The only thing that's really high in the Nutrition facts were the carbs. Its daily % value is only 21g/7%. Other than that, it's very low on calories so nothing too horrible.
