Selling::
I'll give you an example of what makes me the most irritated.
If you see something posted for 18,000, and you're going to sell the same item, and you're in a hurry, the yes, make it cheaper, but try to make it cheaper by 100-900 gold. So post yours for 17, 800 , depending on how much you want to make.

You're robbing yourself if you make it more than 900 gold less, and even 900 gold is too high. Plus we want profit! SO DONT BUILD DOWN TOO FAR!
Second:
If you're not in a hurry to sell and you see something posted for 311,987 gold, and the one before it is 310,000 gold, you COULD make it for 310,789 gold, or 312,001 gold.

Buying::
Buy it if it's noticeably cheap. Check the trend. You can do that by checking the difference in each price.

If anyone tries to sell one for cheaper, try to buy it and sell it for inbetween your items. You'd make 550 gold profit.
(Doesn't seem like much, but it's faster than posting for gold.)
The CoCo Kitty Plushy is probally not the best example. Try to pick something with a fast buy/sell rate.
