There aren't many places you can go to to enjoy a fabulous meal prepared by two fine chefs at 1 o'clock in the morning. But I have found spot where this can be found. The meal of Ratatoue was a grand blend of peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, onion and zuccinni sauted in olive oil till its smell makes your mouth water so much that you think you need to wear a life vest to enter your kitchen.
This glorious meal was accompanied with bread who's crackle was so stong that you could hear it through out the room along with a cheese that had a rich taste to your meal. This was all washed down with some new sparkling apple wine
