I haven't been on gaia in a very long time. I suppose I could throw in some updates about my life.
I am currently about three and a half weeks into my Year w/o Shoes. I am walking around, going through daily life barefoot in order to raise awareness for children around the world that do not have shoes. I'm doing this in honor of TOMS Shoes and their one-for-one project, and it was inspired by the One Day w/o Shoes that TOMS sponsors. I hope to successfully contact TOMS Shoes and ask them to sponsor me 1. so we can make a bigger deal out of my adventure for the world to see and 2. so my school has less power over telling me to put shoes on. I will be starting m senior year of high school, and I hope to walk at graduation barefoot. c:
This summer, I am portraying Rapunzel in Footlite's production of Into the Woods. Basically, it keeps me from total boredom over the summer, and I get to make some new friends. c: Rapunzel spends most of her time singing random ahs, and screaming at every person she sees. It will be a fun production.
