KingRoach's...
Treasures Are Valuable
Assume... you have a gem.
A diamond the size of your fist.
A remarkable diamond that the world has never seen like it, ever.
Assume you own one yourself.
What would you do?
Would you show it to everyone in the world, put it in show room for everyone to see, and risk that someone might want to, try to and even DO steal it, put his his hands on it and rape this symbol of purity?
Or would you hide it in your safe and tell no one else that you have such a treasure, cover it every time somebody shows up so that it won't lose its uniqueness, and sleep tight knowing that the next day you will quench your eyes' hunger for beauty with its remarkable sight that only you have seen?

The obvious choice is of course the second. Because, otherwise, this gem will literally lose its value.

Let's think: What makes something unique?
Its rarity does.
A gem that big and as shiny as that is only unique, beautiful and even amazing because you don't see such a thing everyday. Not even a few times in a lifetime.

Take tropical bugs for instance. Aren't they beautiful? Indeed they are.. to us.
But why? Because they are not seen everyday in our lives. We only see them in documentaries that we glance while we tune the TV to select one of the thousands of TV stations that we have.
They are still bugs. Insects. Pests. Just like roaches, flies, mosquitoes, bees... etc. They're all insects, but we only see them very little, that's why, when we do, we think they're beautiful.

Now what if we see huge gems everyday?
Say... as many times as we see glass, for instance.
How would they interest us ever again?

Simply, they won't.
We won't be amazed at the sight of a giant diamond anymore if it were seen easily by whoever wants to see.

This is what would happen to your fist-sized diamond if you do not treasure it, and disallow anyone and EVERYONE to take a look at it, even once.
It will lose its value, and won't be special anymore. You could try to trade it for a carpet, for instance, and the other man would still have doubts.
It will be treated cheaply after that, because it's not special.
It's an everyday thing. It's valued for as much as we need it. Like glass; When you don't need it, you don't buy it. It's not looked upon for its sight, but for its usefulness.

This gem, my friend, is the woman.
As precious and valuable to a man as no one can imagine.
A woman is like the other piece of the puzzle that makes the picture complete.
Now. What happens when this woman, this uniqueness, is easy to reach for every man?
What happens when getting all of the beauty of a woman is as easy for a man as walking down the street?
For such a man, what is a woman anymore?

Two words: "Nothing special".

Decide what you will be, woman.
