Bio:
He was born and raised in the Rukongai. He had learned to fight early on since he lived in one of the furthest and most dangerous districts from the soul society.
He always attracted hollows because of his abnormally strong black rietsu. his "father" sealed most of it away as a child so he could live in peace and he hopefully wouldn't have to live the life of a shinigami.
But eventually he began to slowly die of hunger because he had spiritual powers unlike the rest of his "family" and he got so frail that his father took him out to the woods and left him for dead. He was found by a wayward Shinigami captain who gave him food and took him to a safe place. He then proceeded to come back everyday and tech the boy about the life of a shinigami through his countless stories and showed him how to fight using a wooden sword they had crafted from a log in the woods as well as Demon arts. He eventually was recommended by the captain to go to the shinigami academy where he passed with flying colors in only a year, a true genius some called him.He was first Enlisted in The detention unit in squad 2. during his time in the Detention Unit he had trained his body so that he has a more acute sense of hearing and smell as well as developed his Hand-to-hand since he wasn't allowed to carry his weapons. He doesn't automatically draw his Zanpakuto in battle. He First fights using his rietsu absorbing gloves to channel lightning rietsu a somewhat imperfect form of shunko. He only finally draws his blade when it gets to much for non zanpakuto combat.

Shikai:
Once release, the clouds will darken and gather overhead. His shikai's ability is the ability to control the sky to certain extent.
Ex: the Right blade controls ice, the left controls wind and lightning.
He can either channel lightning from the storms he conjures up or it can be produced by his zanpakuto. The power of the blue Blade can freeze any liquid in the vicinity, including blood in the veins of people. His blades can be put together so they somewhat look like half of a shadow shuriken and thrown. It always comes back unless obstructed by something else. It's usualy spinning so fast that when it cuts through something it freezes the cut as well as electrifying it.Anything cut with the blue side of the blade is instantly frozen
Bankai:
In this form, it has all of its previous powers but on a greater scale, being bankai. The spikes on the dragon's wings can detatch and form a circle in the airgathering the sky elements it fires down a beam of combined energies from the elements of sky and ice.
The dragon can also dissolve and form golden armor and a sword. It still retains it's power but now has the dragon's mass condensed into an armor and sword.
