Yeah I know.
Usually I complain about hair cuts.
Actually, not this time.
This time, I actually asked to get my hair cut.
Anyway.
I now have "emo hair" uneven bangs that cover my right eye.
[New] hair part: side
Layered.
Overall length: shoulder
The best part?
Colored.
"Merlot"
Semi-permanent.
[This is my first time actually putting color in my hair. At least if it didn't turn out the way I wanted, it'll fade after two months. If I do like it, then I can get permanent.]
It's an overall color thing - not sure how to explain it.
It's not dyed.
I still have my original black hair color.
It just has a tint of merlot [reddish-brown] now.
Edit: It's an undertone. Puts a red tint in my hair. Can be seen in the light - preferably in sunlight.
I could've gotten actual highlights on top of the -overall- thing, but I didn't think that would look as good.

We went ice skating yesterday!!
For four hours!!
Well.. maybe three.. cause we ate.
We saw the zamboniiii!
But they didn't play the zamboni song.
Bleh.
I am sooo sore right now..
I don't have my own skates cause I grew out of mine and I haven't gotten new ones..
and I haven't been on the ice... since.. probably when I was still in Canada.
Ow.
I fell twice.
Once because I wasn't paying attention and I randomly lost balance or something...
and the other because my friend PUSHED ME!!
lol
well she and her boyfriend were putting ice down my shirt..
[it was cold and wet and dripped down my back. >xP]
She was trying to put ice down my shirt again and I dunno.. she let go or pushed me or something...
but I landed on my knee [it hurts now] and slid on my hands.
Oh.. and I wasn't wearing gloves.

I miss the ice sooo bad...
I'm so glad I got to go skating again.
But.. I need to get my own skates again..
and actually take time to get ready the next time I go.
My jacket was bugging me and I should've worn gloves.
And.. I might wear a skirt next time because they let me move easier on the ice.
Maybe.
Most likely not.

Okaaay. So. At the homecoming game last Friday [Friday the 13th.. of October] the club members were there representing their clubs.
We paraded around the field during halftime.
This year's theme was "Broadway."
The floats, trucks, convertibles and motorcycles were all decorated.
Some of the themes were Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Grease, etc.
Well. I was there for the anime club.
Not very many people came to represent, and there were only two of us that dressed up.
What did I go as, you ask?
A Japanese schoolgirl, of course! biggrin 3nodding
Shawn was dressed as a "fairy".
...hoo... double meanings rock! xd
Aaaaaaaanyway. It was fun.
Possibly one of the best Fridays I've ever had. We ran around a lot [we were supposed to be 9th, but my friends were spacing out and had no idea where we were supposed to be.
Needless to say, we were very thankful that the vehicles weren't moving very fast.
We didn't have a float because.. well.. we didn't need one! haha
So anyway. A lot of running. I'm still sore. Bleh.
The comments I got were so cool!
My friend and I were walking around trying to find where the anime club was supposed to be.
We passed by the Asian Club and the next thing I hear is a shrill shreak.
"OMG IT'S A JAPANESE SCHOOLGIRL!!"
Hooo~ that's one of the moments during the night that still has me chuckling.
I got some other random comments...
"You're the cutest thing here!"
"You're so adorable!"
blah blah.
Being a short asian girl with a bubbly personality... in a sailor fuku... and pigtails [my barrettes looked like candy!]... yeah. You tend to get comments like those. haha
Somebody asked me if I was supposed to be Madeline though.
o.O
haha. Guess it's easy to tell who doesn't watch anime, ne?
Oh! And someone asked if I was supposed to be Ash.
o.O
I had a Pikachu bag strapped to my back, but... come on.
Ash is a guy!
I don't think he wears his hair in pigtails with candy barrettes.

I'm not saying that I loathe the class, it's just that I can't think of how we'll use history in our life except for on discussions or if one chooses to be a historican...of course, this is only my personal opinion, so others are welcome to disagree.

Ah yes, the last day....weeeeeeeeeeeeell, it wasn't really very eventful. All the awards and stuff were already given away prior to that day, so all we did was sing karaoke and say bye and all that crap. Um, oh, my friend Kristin and I were singing and there was this girl that my friends and I all hated, and she started going out with Kristin's ex. So after we finished singing, we got off and we did pretty bad cause the mic was messing up and stuff. So she went "Oh! You guys were great! NOT!!!" I was so glad I got myself under control....I would've beat her face in...well anyway, my favorite teacher came to visit (she resigned suddenly in the middle of the year), and it was great. I wasn't crying, but i was really sad cause I was never gonna see my friends again...they were all going to different schools, Kristin was moving to Ohio (and I later found out I was gonna move too...AGAIN! I got really mad, but it's not like I had a choice) Anyway, I was hugging everybody, and when I was hugging one of my close friends, Nick, Kristin "whispered" (lol, she said it loudly so I would hear) "Kiss her!" So he did, and....um.....nice...I forgot what I did....aiayayay...w/e...well right before he left, I was talking to Kristin and he ran up and kissed me on my other cheek, then ran away before I could say anything...tch..heh...it was...interesting...lol biggrin
