The Oyster Poem
There once was an oyster
Whose story I tell,
Who found that some sand
Had got into his shell.
It was only a grain,
But it gave him much pain.
For oysters have feelings
Although they're so plain.
Now did he berate
The harsh workings of fate
That had brought him
To such a deplorable state?
Did he curse at the government,
Cry for election,
And claim that the sea should
Have given him protection?
No-he said to himself
As he lay on a shell,
Since I cannot remove it,
I shall try to improve it.
Now the years have rolled around,
As the years always do,
And he came to his ultimate
Destiny- stew.
And the small grain of sand
That had bothered him so
Was a beautiful pearl
All richly aglow.
Now the tale has a morale;
For isn't it grand
What an oyster can do
With a morsel of sand?
What couldn't we do
If we'd only begin
With some of the things
That get under our skin.

yes this is another joke. i know my other one was better, but if you really want me to know you could comment me! xp anyways, how can you take a phone call by saying just color names? confused
the phone goes green, green! you pink it up and say yellow! whee
this is the reason i always say yellow instead of hello. my brothers told me the joke when i was little, and i've rememberred it since then, even though i didn't quite get it back then....have a nice day! 3nodding

yes...... gonk braces go back on on August 22, the day before school. The first time i had them they were on for a year and a half only on my front four teeth, then i had a retainer for a few months, then they placed a permanent wire on my front two teeth..... xp ! this time their on all my teeth, top and bottom, and i'm getting rubber bands! sweatdrop after those for two whole years, i go and get a top and bottom retainer.....yippee stare ......after that i don't know what happens!
(i wonder if that permanent wire will affect anything? xd )

yay! i'm going to go to a gaia wedding, maybe even two!!! whee have you ever been to a gaia wedding? i haven't. i wonder if it's like a normal wedding in real life...i don't know it could be. stare you probably skipped this journal entry right up didn't you? you were probably thinking i was talking about my wedding!? nope! i'm not getting married on gaia, at this moment. blaugh i'm proud of you for reading this up to here...i would of stopped if weren't stupid as i am. i'll keep reading stuff until the end even if it's boring! rolleyes well i just ran out of stuff to say.
(is there balloons at weddings? because i'm scared of balloons! eek )

It's not like any1 reads these journals right? :stare: I don't know why I even took the time to get into my journal today! Anyways... I hated the roll-back. I hate hate that every forum is being archived at the same time right now. (That's why I'm typing in this journal! :3nod: ) I hate that our whole school is learning about sex right now. I hate that this sex doctor told my entire class that it's ok and sometimes good to masterbate. :evil: I hate my evil cousin (Tory!) since I was 8. I hate this computer. I hate my history teacher, that is gay (We think so?), yet finds the time to still look down girls shirts, ashe pretends to read your paper over your shoulder, and (We think?) was seen wearing a man-thong with white pants. :shock: (That about sums up our history teacher for you!) I hate my school. I hate my life! Okay... I feel a lot better now that I took time out of my day to talk to myself...good-bye :domo: :heart:

OK......here's a joke my little cousin told me!
'One day these 3 men hiked up a mountain. It was a magical mountain by everyone's knowledge! All you had to do was stand at the edge of the mountain and shout what you wanted to turn into to get off. The 1st man walked to the edge and shouted "BIRD!" and flew off into the sky. The 2nd man walked to the edge and shouted "CLOUD!" and floated away. The 3rd man walked to the edge but tripped over the rock and said "CRAP!". He turned into a piece of crap and fell to the bottom of the mountain!'
The moral of the story: if your ever on a magical mountain watch your footing! xd
