Eh, figured I'd post a new journal entry (not that I forsee many, if any, people reading this). There's only a few people (literally a few sweatdrop ) that even really talk to me on Gaia anymore, which I suppose isn't really a suprise, but I figured I'd throw that in the mix I guess. So, I guess as something new, I got a job recently (FINALLY!) and I've been there almost a month (doesn't really seem like it honestly) and I think I should have a review coming up letting me know if they plan on keeping me or not. I've been trying to do my best with it, as cheesy as it sounds, but I guess it's still 50/50 on what will happen..though I honestly don't see any reason why they wouldn't keep me. Although it's only working in a Grocery store (doing night stock, the pays not bad though..which isn't the biggest thing, but it's a plus) it's still a job. Hm..what else, still single, though I guess I'm not really actively looking either but meh, it's whatever at this point..damned if you do and damned if you don't would be a good way to look at it? I dunno, I'll just keep rolling with it, pretty much all you can do right? blaugh
I get my first check this week (on Thursday to be specific) I can't wait either, the work isn't very hard, mostly just lots of lifting, standing, and moving around which is good for you, the only thing that usually bothers me is my feet at about 3 hours until time to go home, heh, go figure eh? The night's tend to move pretty quick, which I really like, so it's pretty quick to get sidetracked and then realize it's almost time to go home, which is usually the case..minus the fact that I try to keep up with the time ^_^; but working eleven at night to seven-thirty in the morning isn't really bad, since I mostly stay up really late anyway *shrugs*.
Well, I suppose that's about it for this entry, maybe another one will be on it's way..who knows these days eh?
