My Name is David Zapata.I'm in 10th Grade,I live in Marion Oaks Ocala,Florida.Born In Bronx,New York.I'm 15 years old,I've been living in Florida for 14 years.I'm also Puerto Rican If U haven't known,But I only know a little bit of Spanish.I'm only 5' 5", and weigh 128 lbs.Anyway Back 2 the story.....
Today was a uniform day for AFJROTC(If U don't know what It means Look it up).It started like any other day.1st period(intensive reading) was ok.2nd period(world history) is where it started.We had a sub,all we had 2 do was the vocab. for the section.10 mintues before the bell rang for 3rd period(gym)The fire alarm went off!At first we thought it was a test,until the annouced the it wasn't a drill.Everyone was outside the school.The firetrucks came and we waited over 30 minute 2 come back in.There was 30 minutes of 3rd period left.I was told that a girl smoking in the bathroom caused the fire,the bathroom right in front of the gym,we could go 2 the bathroom.Later on during lunch I was hanging around with my ROTC friendsJust as I was about 2 take a bit of my food The fire alarm went off again!!And for the same reason,but in a different bathroom.We couldn't go inside,everone had 2 go outside.I lost my appetite after a few minutes.This lasted all lunch period so everyone had a free lunch period.People later on told me that there was a food fight in the lunch room((I was in the ROTC (4th period) portible with my friends at the time)) then some else said the was a fight in red hall.In 5th period(Geometry) when we thought everything was back 2 normal The school went into a CODE RED.Most of U should know what a code red is,if U don't,ask your teachers.This last the rest of the school day.From 2:10 to 3:25.Near the end of the code red the school told us what had happen.One of the student's parents was told the their child was suspended for being in the fight earlier today.The parent was so angry the they treatened the school and said "I will shoot someone."That's what caused the school on lock down.After that.I had an after school thing 2 do.I had drill team practice today after school.So at the end I was confused,angry,and.... tired.The rest is daily stuff I do everyday.And that's my event for today.
