hi! i know. i'm not posting here often. i'm really tired because i started to work last week!! i have to wake up 5:00 am, i take a shower and i have to eat something and i don't have enough time to do this things... and it's like everyday!! so... it's very difficult to come here too! xp i'm very tired! i don't sleep very well..
i work in a "call center", i'm a telemarketing operator (it's a telephone's customer service, dont know if you understand...), i work for bank customers, like if they have some trouble with their credit cards, or if they want to know about their credits.. it's everything related to their accounts you know!!
it's very nice but very difficult, it has lots of things to learn yet, and i'm only starting to learn... and sometimes i think i'll never learn, cause, first it has a special program to do the customer's bank operations, and of course the customers has questions, and we have to answer them.. and what i'm learning it's something like a twilight program, for example.. after twilight that it's the first book, then we have the book number two, the three and the last is four, but the sensation is that will never end (cause they're not like action books) and whatever, and in this twilight's "program" has many chapters with many questions and many answers, it's very crazy...!!! rofl rofl ninja xp talk2hand heart heart
