MoonAssassin's Avatar Arena Background Story:


It was a cold, dark night. There was a storm brewing. I could feel it in my bones. The flickering street lamps were the only things lighting my way home. I know I didn't exactly live in the best of neighborhoods but it was home.
The news had been reporting a string of kidnappings lately. They all seemed to happen to dark haired business women during the night when no one else was around. Maybe it was my paranoia kicking in (my family always told me I was a pessimistic) but I felt as if I was being watched. I stopped and looked back, no one was there. I still felt nervous though. The only thing I could do was tell myself it was all in my head.
The wind started to blow harder, rain falling down like bullets blurring my vision. Wait, what was that? I saw something run by I know it. Maybe it was just a stray dog. I let out a nervous chuckle. I always laughed when I was scared. Some weird reflex I picked up over the years. There it was again. I know it, that wasn't a dog. On my left! No, now my right. This isn’t good. I sped up my pace. Only a few more blocks to go till I reached home. I can make it I know it. I felt something grab my shoulder. I turned around to look at who or what it was. OMG!!!! ... AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!


Police Report:

Officers Mitchell and Ranks arrived on the scene at 12:47 am after a local resident complained of hearing a scream. Officer Mitchell found the body of what appeared to be a woman in her 20’s. At 12:53 am the officers called for back-up. Ambulance arrived on the scene at 1:03 am. According to the mortician the victim’s time of death was 11:35. No suspect has been apprehended yet. The perpetrator did leave a calling card though, found by Officer Ranks. The card stated “The fall of one, will mean the fall of all”.

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This is Cindy Donovinh of Gaia Action 9 News, reporting on the strange occurrences that have thrown Gaia into turmoil in the past few weeks.
Officers can only guess what this mysterious card left at the scene of the recent murder of MoonAssassin means. However, this reporter believes it to be the fall of businesses everywhere. With the merger between Gambino and Mother coming, many Gaians have taken to the streets to protest and some may have been taking it to far, as seen with the recent murders. The poor souls who have lost their lives so far have all been part of Gambino’s committee to promote the merger.
